Compounding (1)

Compounding

What Compounding options (modes) do Minvestment offer?
Two compounding options (modes) are available: Progressive Compounding and Simple Compounding.

What is the progressive compounding mode?
Progressive compounding option means that we will add an extra 0.01% for every business day you choose to have progressive compounding in your account. Progressive compounding is ONLY available at 100% compounding rate. For example, if you choose to have progressive compounding for 100 business days, we will pay you an extra 1% (100X0.01%) every day in addition to your basic interest rate. This way if your daily rate is 1.9% we will pay you 2.9% daily (1.9% basic rate + 1% for using progressive compounding mode during 100 business days (0.01% extra a day multiplied by 100 business days)). Please note that once you have chosen to have progressive compounding for a specified number of days you cannot, under any circumstances, cancel progressive compounding during the number of days you have specified. The choice of progressive compounding is irreversible.

What is the maximum number of business days I can choose to have progressive compounding mode for?
The maximum number of days during which you can use progressive compounding is 150 business days.

What is the minimum number of days I can choose to have progressive compounding mode for?
In this case the minimum number of days is 5.

What is the simple compounding mode?
The simple compounding mode simply adds the chosen part of your daily interest to your account principal without giving you any extras on your daily interest rate.

The Progressive Compounding that I did for 5 days has elapsed but the "Balance available for withdrawal" is still indicating $0.00. How can I withdraw both my principal and the earned compounded profit before I can decide on the amount to re-invest. Looking forward to your response soonest.
You cannot withdraw your account principal and earned compounded interest now. Please note that the daily interest you will earn using progressive compounding option is compounded (added) to the account principal and, therefore, cannot be withdrawn immediately, but only when the account principal becomes available for withdrawal. According to our terms of service, account principal will be available for withdrawal after 150 business days from the date of the initial deposit into your Minvestment account.

When can I withdraw compounded interest?
Compounded interest (in both progressive and simple modes) will be available for withdrawal after the lock-in period of 150 business days (from the date of the initial deposit into an account) is over.
