Can I open an account with Minvestment?
Minvestment services are available to any individual or legal entity in the world. Please note that you have to be of legal age in your particular jurisdiction in order to be able to use Minvestment services.

Can Minvestment refuse rendering your services to anyone? If yes, under what circumstances?
Yes, Minvestment reserve the right to refuse or cease rendering Minvestment services to any individual/legal entity that Minvestment suspect of investing funds which originate from illegal activities such as, pornography, trafficking, money-laundering, bribery, etc. Should such an event occur, Minvestment will have no choice but to inform the respective authorities and will co-operate with the authorities to the fullest until the matter is resolved.

Can I open two or more accounts with Minvestment?
Yes you can. You only need to provide a separate username and a password for each of your accounts with Minvestment. You can use the same contact email address, e-gold account and other info for all of your accounts with Minvestment.

What fields in the signup form do I have to fill out?
Although some of the fields are optional, Minvestment strongly recommend that you fill out all the fields in the signup form. In order to open an account with Minvestment you need to provide us with your username, account password, contact email address, personal identification code, e-gold account number and/or e-bullion, security question and the answer to the security question. The remaining fields are optional.
MinvestmentAm I required to provide both my e-gold and e-bullion account numbers at account registration?
Even though Minvestment do not require you to provide both e-gold and e-bullion accounts at signup and you only need to provide either your e-gold or e-bullion account number, it is strongly recommended that you provide your account numbers in both e-gold and e-bullion as it will facilitate your receipt of interest and referral commission payments from us.

What does the field 'Personal Identification Code' in the signup form mean?
This is a very important field. You need to type in any 4 to 8-symbol combination of letters and/or numbers . Minvestment will include this personal verification code in every email Minvestment will send to you. This way you can feel secure in knowing that this email is valid and comes from us, not from a spammer or a phisher
