Updating User Profile
How do I change my account password?
To change your account password you need to log into your account, access 'Update User Profile' area and follow the instructions provided.
You need to log into your Minvestment account, access 'Update User Profile' page, choose the field you want to update, enter your new e-gold account number and press 'Update'. That's all you need to do.
You need to log into your account, access 'Update User Profile', click on the link near the appropriate field, enter new e-gold (e-bullion) account number and provide the answer to your security question. That's all you need to do.
Why can't I update some of my personal information directly from my account?
You cannot update your username, contact email address, personal verification code, e-gold and account number directly from your account for security reasons.
How do I change the above details in my user profile?
You need to contact Minvestment via email providing as much info about yourself as possible if you need to change the following details: username, contact email address, personal verification code and e-gold account number.
