What interest can I withdraw from my account into my e-gold and my e-bullion accounts?
You can withdraw funds from your Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-gold) and Balance Available for Withdrawal (e-bullion) into your e-gold and e-bullion accounts respectively at any time by submitting a withdrawal request from 'Withdrawals' area in your account. Every withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours from the moment we receive it.
Why don't Minvestment process withdrawal requests instantly?
Minvestment do not do that for security reasons. Minvestment verify and process every withdrawal request manually in order to avoid unnecessary risks.
Will I be notified via email after my withdrawal request has been processed?
Yes, you will. Minvestment will send an email notification to your contact email address.
What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can withdraw from my Balance Available for Withdrawal at a time?
The minimum amount you can withdraw is $0.20. There is no maximum amount limitation
